Question:
i too am looking for a replacement on our 30 yr. old house... the
company that put in the wooden door when the house was built was always
good for getting wood panels when we needed them over the years for
replacement.... now that all they sell METAL... just like home depot and
lowes, but a higher quality that the big box stores... and not much
higher in price.. matter of fact.. they gave me a price last year of
$580.00 to install the one i wanted where home depot wanted $450 for the
door alone, like come and take it home......
i did do a search for wooden doors on the internet and did find some,
but did not find any local distributors..

Probably not cheap but it looks like they could do what you want.
In their finishing section they say they use Sikkens for their factory
finish.
