Bestt bang for buck garage door opener?

Question:
I'm having a hard time deciding on which company to purchase a garage door from (including installation). I think I've decided to limit my choice between Raynor and Clopay. Both top of the line products are about $1,000. Raynor a little less expensive. Also it's hard to compare prices when local distributors don't seem to carry the same manufacturers' products. They also don't seem to run advertised sales. Are garage doors fair-sale products? I did find out that Home
Depot, which carries Clopay, does not offer the best deal when installation is included. Any thoughts?

Answer:
I got a sears garage door opener with two remotes and a wall mount to push the buttons on it and had it for about 15 years, its a screw drive, no problems with it cost about $125 back then, i guess you can get one for about $150 now just as good.

I just installed a Sears belt drive. I looked at Genie and almost bought one, but somehow I stumbled on a good deal at Sears. The unit regularly sold for $219, but was on sale for $189 plus an additional $10 off for joining the Craftsman Club. Two remotes, outside keypad. It was the first I've owned or installed and everthing went well. Sears now has a unit that has a device for inside the house that indicates if the door is open.

That one is on sale in today's Sears ad for $189 with the door sensor whachamacallit - an ingenious device if there is ever one. Now only if there is a such device for inside the car. Sometimes I get like a couple blocks away and I turn back to "see" if I closed the darned garage door.
